Choose what fits

One partner.Different levelsof support.

We don’t assume everybody needs the same intervention, or that more 1:1 support is always the answer. Choose ready-to-run programmes, targeted guidance and practical workshops according to where progress is sticking and what your service needs next.

What We Bring — find next steps you’re confident about

Use when

Someone has lost confidence and is struggling to know what they bring to an organisation, choose a direction or engage confidently with the practical support already available.

They’ll take micro-actions to evidence their value, receive feedback, and work on one relevant real world action.

Purpose

To help people in transitions find a meaningful direction they have confidence in. It combines targeted 1:1 guidance, game-based learning, storytelling experiences, and accessible tools to capture needs, goals and chosen actions towards employability.

Your team gains a more detailed picture of what each person wants, what may be getting in the way and what support or next steps would be useful.

Delivery

In person | up to 12 people

Duration

4 half-days over 2 weeks

Output

Needs, goals & chosen actions, feedback summary

Indicative investment

From £1,400

multi-cohort rates available

A different format may work better when group interaction, noise, movement or shared activities would make participation inaccessible, or the person needs substantial individual communication or literacy support. A 1:1 version can be used where appropriate.

Targeted 1:1 career guidance & coaching

Use when

A person is stuck, has complex or intersecting circumstances, or needs more depth and privacy than a group or more consistency than a mentor appointment can provide.

This includes materials and tasks for between appointments, e-contact for questions, and review of materials outside of coaching sessions.

Purpose

Support people to establish goals and overcome barriers to action towards employment, education or training — by finding the common thread in their choices so far, choosing a direction, telling their story effectively and strengthening self-belief, hope and agency.

Sessions can focus on finding direction, mock interviews, job or course search, goal setting, reasonable adjustments, prioritising tasks, handling tricky issues with employers, and more.

Delivery

1:1 | Online or in person

Duration

50 minutes

Output

Agreed goals, actions, and summary report.

Indicative investment

£150

per session | volume from £110

Particularly useful for targeted in-depth support, peak periods, disability or additional needs, criminal records, literacy challenges, chronic health conditions, sensitive circumstances, intersectionality, or cases where standard support has not been enough.

Reasonable adjustments toolkit

Use when

Someone has a disability, neurodivergence or chronic or fluctuating health condition and needs to understand or communicate disability-related adjustments and strengths.

Purpose

Create a personal toolkit explaining needs to prospective employers, volunteering organisations or educators at different stages of the journey to work. Participants explore useful adjustments, the choice of whether and when to disclose, and how to communicate what enables them to perform well.

Delivery

1:1 | Online or in person or Groups

Usually 2 x 50 minutes, or 2 hours as a group

Output

Personal adjustments & disclosure toolkit

Action learning groups

Use when

Several people are interested in the same sector or pathway and are ready to explore opportunities and take action together.

E.g. jobs in retail, hospitality, or exploring higher education

Purpose

A group coaching process that supports people to use their agency to explore local employers, find hidden opportunities and take action together towards their goals. Local employers can join sessions to break down barriers, answer questions and challenge misconceptions.

Delivery

Group up to 16 | in person or blended | possible employer involvement

Duration

4 x 2-hour workshops

Output

Sector exploration, targeted application or CV, job search, & agreed actions

Indicative investment

A different format may work better when someone still has no clear direction to explore. What We Bring or 1:1 guidance is usually a better starting point.

Resilience circles

Use when

Someone needs to learn about and practise emotional wellbeing because setbacks, uncertainty or difficult transitions are affecting progress towards work.

Purpose

Reduce shame and isolation around difficult transitions, normalise experiences many people share, and practise ways to manage difficult emotions without getting into personal stories. It’s focused on noticing emotions and what they signal is needed to restore mindfulness.

Delivery

Group of up to 12 | online or in person

90 minutes

Output

Personal resilience strategies & referral to free resources

Indicative investment

From £395

online | £495 in person

Not suitable for someone who currently needs crisis support, counselling or specialist mental-health treatment rather than a career-development intervention.

Find & pitch your business idea

Use when

Someone is considering self-employment or a startup but needs to clarify the business idea and whether it is a viable route before moving into specialist enterprise support.

Purpose

Support participants to find a business idea, build a one-page business plan, validate it, explore routes to market, and learn how to engage with relevant business support services and funding sources in your area.

Delivery

Small group | In person

Duration

1 day (or 2 half days)

Output

One-page business plan + referral to relevant support

Indicative investment

From £795

Not designed for established businesses or those needing specialist IP, tax, legal, accounting or advanced growth advice.

Skills-based CVs

Use when

Someone has limited volunteering or paid work experience and a traditional chronological CV would miss useful skills gained through wider life roles.

Purpose

Explore skills through the career rainbow of life roles and storytelling to uncover evidence from across the person’s life and produce an outline CV by the end of the session — helping them stand out for entry-level jobs.

Delivery

Group | online or in person

Duration

Half-day | optional 30-minute review

Output

Outline skills-based CV

Indicative investment

From £595

per cohort

A different format may work better when literacy or communication needs would make CV development in a group inaccessible. Targeted 1:1 support may be more suitable.

Graduate & professional CVs

Use when

A graduate, returner or experienced professional is seeking higher-skilled work but their strongest evidence is being overlooked, buried or poorly targeted. They may have made several applications but not yet researched interview and are wondering why.

Purpose

A degree can be reduced to a single line under qualifications; years of professional experience can create the opposite problem and swamp what matters. This workshop helps participants recognise the evidence employers need to see and make it visible when seeking higher-skilled work.

Delivery

Group | online or in person

Duration

Half-day + optional follow up

Output

Targeted CV structure & content

Indicative investment

From £595
