By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ShinyMe.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ShinyMe. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must not share your account or allow others to use it.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Using the service

You agree not to:

  • Use ShinyMe for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

ShinyMe uses artificial intelligence to facilitate coaching conversations and generate personalised insights. This content is provided for personal development purposes only.

6. Your content

You own the content you create on ShinyMe, including your profile data and coaching responses. By using the platform, you grant ShinyMe a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You may request deletion of your content at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments

Certain features of ShinyMe require payment. All fees are stated in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us at [email protected].

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShinyMe Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
